Meet Shannon Hussien

Paralegal Shannon HussienShannon is a proud graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, where she earned her degree in Sociology. She is a highly skilled and dedicated paralegal with over 28 years of experience in the legal field. Early in Shannon’s career, she worked for an insurance defense firm but has specialized in plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice for the past 20 years. Shannon has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, as well as managing pre-suit claims and organizing complex legal and medical information.

Shannon understands the challenges of caring for the elderly and the strain it creates for the whole family. After her father was diagnosed with cancer and early-onset dementia, her parents left their home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to join Shannon and her twin boys in the Atlanta area. Shannon provided care for her father, along with respite care for her mother, until her father passed away. Having experienced this difficult and painful time, Shannon displays deep empathy and understanding with our clients. She is always ready to lend a listening ear to clients and colleagues, and she is known for her ability to bring a sense of calm and order to even the most chaotic situations.

Shannon fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment and is a key asset to Holbert Law, embodying our commitment to excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
